‘Yog’ as our ancestors called it, is a 5000 years old practice of our nation, to keep the body in harmony with mind.
Our students performed different yoga postures for their physical and mental well being and toning on International Yoga Day, which was celebrated in our school on 21st June.
Slogan, Essay Writing and Painting Competitions were also held to observe the same.
